ARI advisory was established by Aaron in 2019. Aaron currently serves as advisor to the board of a fast-growing private equity backed mid-market service provider in the healthcare sector, where he supports the expansion of operations and value realization from M&A transactions and post-close integration efforts in the context of the implementation of the company’s buy and build strategy.
Previously, he gained experience in strategy & operations consulting, corporate finance and legal advisory in the context of M&A transactions, where he developed a track-record of successfully completed cross-border (PE backed) M&A transactions in various sectors ranging from the lower to upper middle market.
